Silvanesti elves: The Silvanesti are highly intelligent and relatively nimble, though are less physically robust than humans. They are immune to the effect of sleep spells, have infravision and through ages of studying the world have become more adept at learning than other races.
Classes: Cleric, Druid, Warrior, Thief, Mage, Scout
Align: All

Those reading skills...

Hmm 4 races for paladin, 5 for dark knight. Might I suggest adding one more of the elven races for balancing?

Minotaurs.  It's even a thing in Dragonlance.

It's always annoyed me that Silvanesti can't be evil,

Notice how I was speaking in the past tense? Those reading skills...

I just wanted a clear answer, especially given "They are, even if i didnt list it" - I wanted to make sure silv alignment restrictions were actually gone, not just something that wasn't listed. Since this is on the secret testing post and we can't actually log in and see the changes, can't really know for sure what has changed.

Notice the align under silvanesti reads all... Thus no restrictions.

Yes, I get it. I was expressing my annoyance at the restrictions that existed in the past, and I was hoping for some confirmation given the confusion regarding infravision and the fact that I can't log into the test port and see things for myself.

Nevermind.

We need fairies as a starting race!  Umarth would finally be able to play again!

For the moment, there is still no need to roll as each stat only varies by 1 on the "roll". Your class choice alters your stats quite a lot though.

I would like to suggest, if you didn't do it already, that if the stats only vary by 1 on the roll that there should be no variance on the stat you pick as primary. If  picking primary stat is still a thing.

Primary stat gives a flat +1.

EG. A "Troll" race, Warrior guild character might normally roll 15/16 Dex, with max stat Dex they'd roll 16/17.

This is more buff than what I suggested.  I like this functionality as well.

Minotaurs, being stupid, took longer to teach the basics of scouting.
They have finally completed their training and are available as a playable race for scouts now.
